OUR CHURCH BELIEFS

We believe in God, the Father all powerful, creator of the Heavens and the Earth.

We believe in Jesus Christ, His only begotten son, our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit and was born of the virgin Mary; He suffered under Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried. At the third day He resurrected and then ascended to heaven where He is seated at the right Hand of the Father. From there he will come again and judge the living and the dead.

We believe in the Holy Spirit, the counselor and the guide. We believe in the baptism of the Holy spirit, and that He is still active today through miracles, signs, and wonders like described in the book of Acts.

We believe in the eternal grace of God and the justification by faith alone; in that the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross was the complete atonement for our sins.

We believe the Bible is the word of God for all people. We believe it was written by man under the direct supernatural instruction by the Holy Spirit, further more we believe in the Bible as the infallible word and only maximum spiritual and moral authority in the Church.

At NGC Church we partake of the mandates of water baptism and communion. We do not believe they are necessary for salvation, but are important, spiritual, and symbolic rituals Christians should partake in.
